Lender for Realtors in College Station

I work to help your clients close. Prompt prequalifications and clear communication. A broad range of traditional and specialty financing options for clients with straightforward or complex scenarios. Available nights and weekends because your buyers do not wait until Monday.

What does a good lender do for a Realtor?

A good lender makes you look good. I am Tyler Hardy, Loan Officer (NMLS #2770579) with Supreme Lending in College Station. My job is to work your client's file carefully, keep everyone informed, and keep the closing on schedule.

The Realtor Experience: what can you count on?

When you refer a client to me, you are trusting me with your client, your transaction, and your reputation. Here is what you can expect on every file.

1. Prequalification letters, verified upfront

I review income, assets, credit, and debts before I issue a letter, not after, so your buyer can write an offer with confidence.

2. Upfront financing scenarios

Your buyers see their financing options and estimated costs before they are under contract, so there are fewer surprises after.

3. Expedited closings

Ask whether your transaction may qualify for Supreme Lending’s expedited closing process. Eligibility depends on the loan program, property, documentation, appraisal and underwriting readiness. Closing within a particular timeframe is not guaranteed.

4. Offer strategy

Multiple offers or the only offer, I help you and your buyer put together the strongest offer the financing supports.

5. Mortgage trackers

Every purchase gets a calendar of the milestones to closing, and you get updates as we hit them, from contract to closing. No chasing loan updates.

6. Closing day

The closing table is my favorite place to be. E-closing options help closing day move quickly.

Your buyers do not wait until Monday, so I do not either: I am available nights and weekends. Many Supreme Lending loan programs are supported by internal processing and underwriting resources. Brokered and specialty products may follow different review procedures.

What about tough deals?
